As a just-starting television series, the series creator Richard Whettestone alone runs and maintains this website about the two series. Other people have contributed, but not in an "official" capacity.Richard Whettestone was born November 27, 1973 in Illinois. A Science-Fiction fan, he grew up on Star Wars and got hooked on Doctor Who and Captain Power in the mid-1980's while in grade school.
Richard is the creator of both the Science-Fiction Series and the Blind Girl Series, of which he is also single handedly writing every single episode of both shows by himself. He created the Science-Fiction Series in 1989 when he was 16.
After being given the runaround by Hollywood for a few years, he took it upon himself to take these two series forward without them via this Website and the support of the Science-Fiction Fans. He is responsible for irritating numerous people in Hollywood over the phone in 1997, including Warner Brothers secretaries, the Media Spot Agency, and an unidentified female Star Trek: Voyager staff writer.
Richard is the Website Creator and Webmaster for Sci-Fi Fact of the Day, which was selected as the Sci-Fi Channel's "Site of the Week" November 6th, 2000, on SciFi.com.
He was an Expert at AskMe.com and was also an editor on several search engines, including Wherewithal, ODP, Snap, Go and HotRate. He is a former editor of many PBS and science-fiction categories at DMOZ ODP (Open Directory Project), which had supplied Search Engine content to Lycos, Hotbot, AOL, Google and formerly AltaVista. He was the only ODP Editor to be kicked out for nominating himself in the ODP awards.
Thirty and single, this is his first Television Series.
